Patricia is a Broker and Office Manager at the Bigfork branch of Clearwater Montana Properties, bringing several years of expertise to her role. With over 20 years of experience in staff training, supervision, security, and compliance enforcement, she is known for her meticulous attention to detail.
Patricia oversees office operations and ensures seamless communication, managing both listing and buy-sell transactions from start to finish. She diligently monitors each transaction, maintaining constant communication with agents, title companies and clients to ensure every real estate transaction stays on track.
Committed to staying informed on real estate laws, financial opportunities, and industry advancements, Patricia works diligently to protect her clients’ interests and facilitate smooth, successful transactions for all Clearwater Montana clients.
Beyond her professional commitments, Patricia is deeply dedicated to her community. She serves on the Bigfork Chamber Board of Directors and has previously held trustee positions on the Bigfork School Board and the Swan River District School Board. Passionate about giving back, she devotes countless hours to community improvement events and initiatives. She currently resides in the Flathead Valley with her husband.

Chase brings an extremely motivated and positive attitude to the Clearwater Family. Born and raised in rural Montana, he grew up in a family of successful real estate professionals that gave him a head start on the knowledge of the real estate field. He is now part of an outstanding team that has completed millions of dollars in successful real estate transactions with over 23 years of combined experience. Chase is also qualified to be a Sports Afield Trophy Property agent, one of 34 honored to represent in Montana.
Chase always had the intention of following his parents footsteps but his duty to serve his country was his first priority. He is a Retired Sergeant of the Montana Army National Guard, a deployed veteran, and returned to the civilian life to excel in the family business.
His past six years in the National Guard has armed him with extensive leadership experience as well as specialties in all types of firearms and firearms safety. He excels in sales and marketing as well, as he is also currently a business owner of a ranch wear apparel company. Chase plans to offer his endless supply of energy, sense of humor, and creative people skills to those seeking the infamous Montana lifestyle.

Laurie has an extensive background in marketing, merchandising, sales and business management. She has spent many years designing and creating advertising campaigns for products, services, companys and special events on a national level. Professional presentation and representation has been the key to her success in every business venture.
Real estate sales seemed a natural path to follow after providing years of marketing experience to a Bigfork Broker. Services provided included social media campaigns and content, website design and development, creative property descriptions, property staging for professional photo sessions, video design and productions, and marketing content for real estate presentation packets.
Laurie enjoys meeting new people to share the Montana lifestyle and states “Taking care of people takes integrity, intelligence and energy. If I provide all three of these qualities to every transaction the outcome is a happy client.”
Additionally, as a past Chamber of Commerce President, Laurie believes that close community involvement is a necessity for all businesses. She is a native of Montana, born and raised on a large horse and cattle ranch, and currently resides with her family in Lake County.
